Exchange and Return

In general

At Berchia, you always have a 30-day right of return and cancellation. The deadline starts from the date you receive your order. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next weekday. This message must be sent to the email address: info@berchia.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. Remember to state your order number (you can find this in the email or attached invoice).

ATTENTION you cannot simply refuse your order without contacting us.

 

 

Refund and processing time

When we receive your return package, we will process it as soon as possible and you will receive an email about this. Return packages can take up to 2 weeks to process. Payment is refunded to the same payment card that was used to purchase the item. If your return request cannot be accommodated, we will contact you via email.

 

 

Responsible return

When returning or exchanging an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packed securely and in the same condition as when you received it. It is also your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us in the same condition as when you received them. Remember to also write the receipt of your order for your package. When we receive your returned package, our customer service handles it immediately.

 

 

Condition of the item upon return

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods as a result of processing other than determining the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. In other words, you can try the product on, just as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to the above conditions, it is considered used. This means that if you regret your purchase, you will receive only part of your purchase or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time the return is received. To get the full price back, you must test the product without actual use.

 

 

Exchange for another product

If you would like an exchange for another product, we offer free shipping on the new order. All you have to do is follow the points on "How to return". To receive free shipping on new orders, you must contact us at info@berchia.dk and state your first order number. You will then receive your free discount code for the shipping cost (valid only once).

 

 

How to return
If you wish to return your order, please follow the guide below:

1. Please tell us at info@berchia.dk that you would like to use your right of return and cancellation.

 

2. Find a piece of paper/a small note and write your order number on it (you can find your order number in the email you received with your purchase).

 

3. Wrap the returned goods in the original packaging and enclose a note with the order number. Close/tape packaging.

 

4. You must buy your own return label either and hand it in at the parcel shop.
